This review is mainly for the Manager Devon who helped me and my mom yesterday. This manager was amazing. Went above and beyond to do everything she could to accommodate us even though they were closed. She was working alone, showing us kindness, going the extra mile, and had great people skills. She could have easily told us she was alone and was closed, but she didn't. She has a great work ethic, and if I were her boss, I would look into making sure she is promoted and stays within the company. Everyone knows Cinnabon makes great food, so again, the review was for the manager.

Good Cinnamon Rolls, trashy service- Came in and ordered a mini roll, but had to wait for a fresh batch, since none were left. The person working the cinnamon rolls left for their lunch break, even though we could see that the rolls were clearly done baking. It was only after another staff member noticed we weren’t served yet that she checked to see why no one packed our order yet. We waited for nearly 30 minutes. Ridiculous. The folks at this branch seriously need to be trained.

Not sure what kind of deal they had going on, but last week when I stopped by, I was extremely surprised when they comped my whole order! They had some special and were just handing out free everything! They had a line around the corner just to get a piece of this amazing deal!!!

The reason for my low rating for this store is due to the unsanitary things that I’ve seen. While being served, I literally seen a worker ring me up at the cash register with the same gloves on that they fixed my Cinnabon with. I was very upset about this. There is no way that these Cinnabon employees should not be changing their gloves. They should not be ringing up customers and then with the same gloves fixing their orders. This is disgusting!!! I’ve seen Employees coughing while making Cinnabon without even stepping away or putting their arm over their mouth! Again disgusting!!! I don’t understand how this place is still in business if I could’ve rated this place a -10 I would have.
