I just bought this part made by Ace and Sold by Ace. The screws that come with it don't even fit the part. Too small. So Andrew (a salesman) told me I had to buy screws that did fit. Maybe it easy some kind of a practical joke they were playing me. Thanks Ace, nice sca. You got going. I placed an order online. I got the email and a phone call that said it was on the way to be delivered. I was home all day. Got nothing that day. Nothing the next few days. I checked the website for an update. Says it was delivered. I have a camera and was home all day. Definitely NOT delivered. I call customer service BC I don't need the item and want a refund. she said she will call the store and find out what happened, she said they said their manager would call me. No phone call. I call the store, manager said I have to go in person to get a refund for an item I NEVER got. RIDICULOUS

Been coming here for 15 years. Everyone there is friendly and helpful...except for Debra. All of my interactions with her have been terrible. She is extremely rude, condescending, and argumentative. The last time we interacted, I knew exactly what I wanted and simply asked to have paint made. She would not stop arguing with me that I should buy something different. She wouldn't let up until I had to leave. I've witnessed her being bossy and rude to other employees. I don't know how she still has a job. If I need help with paint, I go to Ian. He knows what he's doing. I can get the help I need and not have my day ruined. She is taking this place down and needs to go.
