Myself and two of my friends bought tickets to see. jAJa hair braiding on sat 3/8 2025. We bout our tickets on line. When you bought the tickets it stated if we acknowledge that we were buying tickets in a wheelchair section and I accepted the yes. It never stated that we had to have a wheelchair. When we got to the theatre to show our tickets. The lady told us those seats were taken by someone who had a wheelchair. To that I asked what was the options she had for us. Because why did it allow us to buy the seats it they were taken. Or if they gave the seats to someone who didn’t why the wheelchair seats but came with a wheelchair person. The lady said we need to see a floor manger. The lady we spoke too was very nasty towards us. She accused us of trying to take a wheelchair seat. I explained to her that we paid 58 dollars for the tickets which were the same as the prices of others seats that was left. We choose those because it was 3 seats together. So we were not trying to steal any seats. We bought the seats because we were allowed to buy the seats. They were not blocked off and did not say it was restricted to wheelchairs only. She then told us that we had to pay 15 extra dollars to change the seats. In which we never understood why ?? The whole experience was awful 😢 and caused us not to enjoy the show. I will never return to this place again.

This is a beautiful facility. The auditorium is nice. The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars is the seats were tight and the restrooms were not easy to find without assistance. There were no clear signs prior to reaching them.
