Just awful! I literally tried to book just a studio tour with Juliana and this is the 2nd time she blew me off and just stopped responding! Not how a business should operate! I had to call and leave a message with someone else in order for her to respond the first time, and then got nothing again after trying to book a second time. This is obviously a red flag to not work with these people at this studio. I would advise anyone to stay away.
