Where do I start. Hand down the safest music studio building in the Chicago land area. When I get behind those doors, I’ve never felt safer in any other studio facility than I do here. Not only is the facility responsive, they truly care about their tenants. They take every concern seriously and truly go out of their way to meet everyone’s needs as much as possible. They have treated me with so much generosity, understanding, and forgiveness. I know I’m very lucky to have a safe creative space in the city. I’ve been to many studios in Chicago (I won’t name them) and let me tell you the nightmare my fellow studios space renters have gone through validates how lucky I feel. Matt Gieser has been such a pleasure to work with and communicate with. And to be honest I can say everyone I have met at Treehouse Records has been so solid. Awesome musicians, talented mix/record engineers. The facility is decked out with old school memorabilia from local Chicago famous spots. It really takes me back to when I was a child. Think of Lacuna Arts Loft but Totally Chicago, Midwest Rock N Roll. Treehouse Records forever baby.

Matt was incredibly kind through the whole renting process. This place is a lot of bang for the buck and absolutely beautiful inside. I appreciate this space a lot.

Treehouse is a one of a kind. Barrett is an insanely knowledgeable engineer. Matt’s attention to detail and aesthetic makes Treehouse the best place to jam, record, or hang out with other musicians. Whether you’re looking for a rehearsal space or an awesome place to record a tune or album, this is the place to be.

Amazing spot!! Very well taken care of. The common areas are great, with a bunch of vintage arcade games and vintage decorations in general. The most important thing, 24/7 access to your practice room!!
