We came in to ride a couple Brompton bikes. We loved them but felt they were just a little small. They showed us the G Line coming out and we ordered two, they were to the store in 2 days fully set up and ready to ride with all our accessories in a couple hours. The staff has really gone above and beyond. We will be returning customers as long as we can. *1 day update* we’ve put 2 short 5 mile rides in so far and just fine tuned our seat placement and got the stops in the seat post. They feel so amazing to ride and having the internal 8 speed in the g line makes shifting a dream! Thanks again!

The folks at Clever Cycles are fantastic! Between my wife and I, we've purchased four bikes over the years from them. Most recently, we upgraded to Tern e-bikes and the staff was so so helpful in answering our questions, letting us test ride, and recommending makes and models for us to try to meet our needs. They're approachable, knowledgable, and not pretentious like other bike stores in the city. They have a great rewards program, too, and I really value how discerning they are in the products they carry. They do have financing options, but please note that if you're planning on paying via credit card, you're going to pay a 3% fee, which can really add up. Totally understandable, but we needed to move some money around so we could use our debit card rather than credit to avoid the fee.
