Either their freezer or the cold plate was not cold enough, so the mushy cup was literally dripping when it was handed to us. Hey, I ordered ice cream, not a melting shake! The staff clearly knew their equipment had a problem, as he was rushing through the mixing step and the ice cream wasn't properly mixed. Later, he was blatantly unhelpful and told us with an unapologetic straight face "yea the flavor you ordered tends to melt really fast"... Why don't you change your store name to Hot Stone instead?
