Communion Restaurant in Seattle is a fun place with very good food and drinks. The workers are nice and make you feel welcome. The drinks are also very good and go well with the food. Music plays inside, which makes it fun, but it can be a little loud. There is no parking lot, so you have to park on the street, which can be hard. It’s best to come early. Overall, it’s a great place to eat and enjoy with family or friends.

Hands-down, the best food I had in Seattle! If you don’t make a stop here when you go to Seattle, you’re truly missing out on truly good food. I ate at many spots while staying in Seattle, but no place compared to the cuisine and this restaurant. Award-winning chef Kristi Brown is the co-owner and part of the reason why this place is amazing! I have absolutely no complaints, the staff were friendly, the food was amazing, and again if you don’t make it to this restaurant while in Seattle, your Taste buds are truly missing out. My friend and I tried so many items on the menu because everything looked great! All this to say… Run, do not walk to this restaurant.

Simply underwhelming. Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. Despite arriving on time for our reservation, we were left waiting outside for 20 minutes with no explanation — a sign of poor management and disorganization. Every dish that came out was incredibly salty — to the point where we went through three large bottles of water during the meal. The collard green salad likely contained a fistful full of salt, so was the deviled eggs. It was hard to enjoy the food with us grasping for water after each bite. Lastly, service was poor and essentially nonexistent. At the start, we asked the host to help get our server’s attention. She said she would — but never followed through. Instead, we watched her return to her tasks and ignore our call for help completely.

Came here to celebrate my birthday and it was a delicious meal. Definitely a few dishes I would come back for. Favorite dishes were the grilled okra, clams and mussels, dumplings, and chicken wings. The fried catfish was pretty good and a really big portion. Only off thing was initial greeting. We checked in with the hostess and it took them at least 10 mins to get our seats at the communal table ready when the restaurant was pretty empty.
