Coaches were friendly but started late and only did 2 different activities in 90 mins. If you’re looking for someone to take the reins of the party, entertain and energetically guide all the kids for the allotted time, this is not it. But if you’re looking for someone to quietly invite kids to the activity they did a nice job of that. No special treatment for birthday kid which could be good if they don’t want to be singled out.

What a great experience! We had our 5-yr old's birthday party there and it couldn't have gone better. The coaches were exceptional, and the communication with David was timely and informative. So glad to have this place as a resource in our neighborhood! Also - 2 years ago we had the coaches do an off-site party for our daughter, and it was also a 5-star experience. The staff are SO good with kids, and they make setup/cleanup a breeze (i.e. they do it all!). 10/10 recommend for both on and off-site options.
