We just wrapped up our summer volleyball season, and I’m not sure how it could’ve been run any worse. We played two different weeks amidst thunder and lightning storms. Multiple games, a ref showed up late - or never showed up - and none of them knew the rules, or the scoring, of volleyball. It was a good thing that the teams brought a ball to the finals, because the refs did not bring any. We never got our shirts, And the employee that was “overseeing” everything regularly brought his dog to the active oval, which is expressly prohibited. I watched a number of the flag football games from last year, and they never started on time, and often forgot the flags . Jam is a mess, avoid at all costs!

I’ve done 2 indoor volleyball leagues with JAM, the first happening in the middle of their acquisition, and the second several months later. Everyone working with them is nice, but we certainly didn’t get what we paid for. Cancelled games are rarely rescheduled, and the only way to get a refund is through credits towards another season, trapping you in. The refs were regularly late, occasionally not showing at all, and we didn’t get our shirts until the last day of our league. We likely won’t be playing in another JAM league.

We’ve been playing softball with Atlanta Sport and Social for 4 years now, and recently changed over to Jam Sports. We have played 2 seasons with Jam and it was a relatively smooth transition. My only feedback is that it is pretty expensive for what you get. Also, we’ve had some issues with rain outs/scheduling. Overall, we’ve had a good experience playing at MJCC. I do want to give a shout out to Stephanie McCormick. She is super personable and helpful! Whenever we need something, she is quick to respond and offer a solution. She is excellent at managing our league and I appreciate her effort!

We wanted to hire this company for a corporate event and were interested in joining a league. We've emailed for weeks, left voicemails, gone to their address in Atlanta all to no avail. No one ever responds, their address looks completely abandoned. After reading other reviews, I am not sure how the company is still operating. I played in multiple leagues under Atlanta Sport and Social Club and the difference in professionalism and organization is astounding. I recently completed playing in the Piedmont Park - Co-Ed Flag Football league and could not have been more disappointed in the organization and professionalism of this league throughout the season. Until things change with the JAM sports Atlanta management team, I would not recommend joining these leagues. My team and I have played in this flag football league for four years under Atlanta Sport and Social and always enjoyed the experience. This season, under JAM's management, it has been an entirely different experience. Of the nine games we played only one game started remotely on time. The games were consistently cut short or used a running clock because the fields were set up 20-30 minutes late. We played most games without flags because the league manager forgot to bring them. The officiating was deplorable but somehow was overshadowed by the total lack of professionalism from the league manager. I can't let it slide. For the playoffs the league manager showed up 25 minutes after the first game was supposed to start and didn't bring flags... to the playoffs... of a flag football league. By the time the game started it was 35 minutes late and the field looked like it was set up by a drunk toddler. If this was a one-off situation that would be one thing, but it was the grand finale of a league and league manager that has been incompetent all season. I genuinely hope JAM gets it figured out because Atlanta loves recreational sports leagues, but for now they are just wasting our time being painfully unprofessional.
