In Feb, I called and work with a manager on a bulk order of macarons where I was quoted $1.75-$2.00/ea depending on other factors closer to the date of order fulfillment. I was very excited because this was excellent pricing and I'd heard great things about this bakery. Two weeks from the order fulfillment date (April 26th), I requested an updated price. Without further explanation, they sent an invoice listing $2.95/ea. This is their regular menu price for one. Note that their menu price for eight is $2.87/ea. I requested clarification on the pricing, reminding them of our conversation and they just resent the invoice at $2.75/ea. I'm disappointed that they wouldn't even acknowledge that we had a prior conversation about specific pricing. It just doesn't make sense.

This is one of the best experiences I could ever recommend. It was magical from start to finish. 8 of us went - spanning 3 generations. It was a night to remember for all. Chef Benoit was a master host, instructor, chef and all around great man to be around. RaeAnn was super accommodating and responsive. Made reservations and planning a breeze.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. Ryan was a great instructor, as well as a fun person to hang out with during dinner; it was a community experience that enhanced the learning process. My husband and I were both surprised to see any bad ratings. It isn't a chef-in-your-face technique class, so look elsewhere if you really want to get into the how-to; we went for a fun date night and had a great time making new food with new friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Awesome cooking class. A nice demonstration that turns into a terrific dinner and the beauty is you help make it all happen. Vincent the chef is fantastic and the food is delicious. Tried the Alsace menu and it was exquisite. Definitely recommend for a fun night with a friend or reserve the whole class, a group party with 12 close guests.

Great experience! We had a wonderful time, I finally learned to make a roux, met some really nice people, drank some good wine and sat down to an amazing dinner! The chef Ryan was fun, gave some great tips and made the night! Highly recommend.
