We have been wanting to try the Cook & Craft happy hour after seeing some posts about all of the options they added to the happy hour menu. Our server was so kind, he made the experience so much better. Lots of indoor/outdoor tables and a full bar, perfect restaurant for any occasion. Our favorite appetizer was the buffalo cauliflower wings! They were cooked perfect and had a delicious cucumber dressing to dip them in. The Waygu sliders were a bit overcooked but still had good flavor with the caramelized onions and house sauce. Our other favorite app was the deviled eggs! They were topped with smoked bacon, I could’ve eaten 3 more of the eggs but they were great!

Cork & Craft has your usual cocktail bar & grill ambiance and vibe. The space itself is rustic and inviting and the staff is very friendly and welcoming! Our waiter gave great recommendations, engaged in small talk with us, and was knowledgeable about the menu! I got the Caramelized Brussel Sprouts which are to die for! They come with bacon, bourbon caramel, and pomegranate seeds and the presentation was so so pretty! I also got the pineapple jalapeño margarita which was a little bit more spicy than sweet, but it was delicious and refreshing! For my main course, I got the fish tacos. The fish wasn’t too flavorful itself but the slaw and pickled red onions more than made up for it. The presentation of the tacos was also very neat and pretty. Overall, I’d definitely recommend you giving this restaurant a try!

Excellent quality food, the pretzel pastrami sandwich was ridiculous, it was so big. The short rib nachos were up there for sure and the fish and chips might be my favorite fish and chips in town . The place itself is an awesome space you can sit inside or out and the vibe is great.

Went for the first time yesterday Wednesday) for an early dinner and it wasn’t too busy. Open room with high ceiling so not a cozy place, but nice decor and very clean. Service, food and drinks were very good. Fresh ingredients and perfect flavors. Will return and highly recommend.

So sad about the new menu after experiencing it. We were die-hard fans of C&C but after a visit this past week, I don’t think we will return. Maybe if they change menu again back to some old faves. We loved the customized grill cheese with short rib + small tomato soup. It’s not on the menu. Instead we had the short rib nachos—very skimpy on the short rib and just lacked flavor altogether. I do not like pre made avocado/guac sauce at all. The white sauce is flavorless. A loaded nachos with beef, real cheese, refried or plain black beans, roasted chiles (not raw jalapeno) and fresh salsa would be a step up. We also had the poke tostado—generous portion of tuna, but the kale mixed in is just weird and the green guac sauce wasn’t good. A nice Asian slaw or some pickled ginger would step it up immensely. At least one signature cocktail on the happy hour would also draw something vs only on weekend. The white sangria used to be a fave. In AZ, a craft margarita would be easy to mix up too -prickly pear, blackberry or hibiscus. Whatever is trending. We love(d) this place and realize economy is tough, but your loyal customers will keep coming if you keep the quality up-even if prices are higher. Also, just replace your A/C or swamp cooler. It’s been 3 visits months apart and always a cooling issue!! Agh!
