Poor management and lack of hospitality. I’ve been loyal to this studio for well over a year and a half. CorePower has a policy where you have two buddy passes a month with your membership. I booked a class with a buddy and they denied her at the door!!!!! They said l've already used my buddy pass a total of 5 times on the same buddy.... (Which was never a policy before!!!??) Manager Carrie Mason was especially condescending, and talked down to me as if I had known this policy before… and wouldn’t let my friend, who had driven 30 minutes, take the class. I pay $200 a month, I should be able to bring who ever I want with my given buddy passes.

Booked a class for 4pm, arrived literally at 4.03. The door is locked, no one at front desk. The phone connects to a corporate phone that keeps you on hold forever!! The instructor ignores you front behind the glass room. It's quite frustrating to pay so much for a service ans receive none. There are thuns of Yoga studios in the neighbourhood...why should one invest in such a service

I've really enjoyed my first week. Attended 3 Core-1 sessions with three different instructors, and each was excellent. As a beginner to yoga, it's been very challenging, but I love it. The combination of strength training, stretching/flexibility, balance, as well as mind/body/spirit connection are terrific, and just what my body needs. Thank you!

My first time to this location. The yoga instructors did a great job. They taught me the way in how to direct your body core in easy way and to relief the tightness of my muscles. There are six instructors going around each yogis to correct posture and help out in a proper procedures. I felt my muscles softens and I felt more energy and flexible. I definitely will come back to do more Yoga.
