I've been coming here for a few months now and have been loving the classes! It's nice to have a variety of classes where you can do traditional yoga or their sculpt class which is a more intense workout. I'd say it's perfect for all levels! I started in the beginner classes and have worked up to different levels of classes pretty quickly. The instructors are fantastic as well - Ana is my favorite!
