Absolutely LOVE to shop here. It’s one of my favorite places to go on the weekend and just walk around, looking at what’s in bloom each season. Fantastic variety, always something new in stock. Best selection of rare conifers in the Portland area. Probably the most expensive place around to get plants, but they are always healthy and happy. Pictured are my back garden featuring conifers and groundcover from Cornell Farm (1); my front patio with camellias, ferns, cyclamen and bulbs from Cornell Farm (2); and the front garden at my previous house with many rare dwarf conifers from Cornell Farm (3).

Great nursery! Everybody is welcome to this inclusive oasis. Beautiful plant options for anyone's indoor or outdoor needs. Been here several times but We don't have nearly enough places to plant things at our own house for what we've found... 😂

GORGEOUS!! Cornell Farm is quite possibly the most beautiful nursery I have ever been to. There’s so much to see and appreciate. Plants and trees of every kind; even one’s I’d never seen before. Gorgeous, happy plants. Stunning fountains and planters, there’s a bit of every wonderful gardening thing. The employees are friendly and allow you to explore at your own pace and ask questions.

While they have a beautiful selection, they are overpriced, and that I can set aside to some degree. However I have consistently had the experience that the employees have a snobby, rude, arrogant attitude toward customers. I’ve left here nearly every time feeling actively discouraged from making a purchase. I have a large home plant collection, but have been discouraged indirectly from buying certain plants because they are “hard to take care of.” And I’ve heard the same toward other customers. There are other instances, but no one reads an essay. Employees should rethink the way they interact with customers.

First yes go to the nursery, it is absolutely the best. Plants are beautiful and staff helpful. But give the Cafe a pass. We waited an hour for a table then 45 minutes for our lunch. I went specifically for the Eggs Benedict, which sadly they were out of. I ordered the Classic breakfast. It was a very small helping and nothing was hot. If I hadn't felt sick because I was so hungry I would have sent it back. I have been there many other times in the past and this experience was so expensive and disappointing I will never return. Of course I will still buy my plants there.
