This place is hell. I just got here last Tuesday by calling 311. You get a little area with some sheets for a door, some bunk beds, the bathroom Stalls barely have any locks, the women leave urine in the toilet... THE BATHROOM REEKS!!!! IT'S SO FOUL.... The kids are always playing in the water, they're always making messes everywhere. THEY HARDLY LISTEN .... They have 2 washers and 2 dryers. Only one dryer works🤣.... It's a joke... There's no privacy in the shower.. It's just a flimsy little curtain. The staff talk to you like you're a child and tell you you'll be put out of the program if you don't follow certain rules and all of this other BS!!!!!. Then they tell you there's no guarantee that they can help you find housing!!!!. I've heard several people here saying they've been here a year.. so what is the program really helping them do just sit here?? Some of the women that work here have horrible attitudes like the director Shai. She's real negative and just has negative energy.. I don't even like talking to her ass. She completely gives me no hope. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm leaving soon personally!
