This company provided the WORST online shopping experience I've ever had. After hearing nothing for a week after placing an order (not even a confirmation email), I inquired about the order status. The rep said the item I purchased was out of stock and I could cancel or select something else. I chose to cancel. They confirmed receipt of my response. 6 days later, after ordering from another company, I was told the item was back in stock and had shipped. They stated I had to return the item to be refunded. 3 weeks later it arrived. I asked for a return shipping label or reimbursement for return shipping. Nothing. I had been very patient until this point. Did they seriously think I was going to pay to return a costume THEY should never have sent? After sending a few more emails and still having no resolution (you can't reach anyone via phone) I finally appealed the charge through PayPal and PayPal reimbursed me. There are a number of good cosplay companies online... this is NOT one of them.

However, I found Cosplay Shopper and they provided fantastic customer service and worked with me to make sure my costume piece was accurate to the original design, the correct size according to my measurements and overall made to satisfy. They produce what they make as fast as possible and it only takes a few days to arrive to your doorstep once posted. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this company to anyone if they are looking for quality cosplay items and customer service. Vocaloid Kagamine Len Cosplay Costume Size Male 2XS The costume is absolutely perfect, and my kid is beyond thrilled. The package arrived this morning. It was well sealed and in good condition. Each individual piece was packaged separately- most of them were lined with tissue paper to keep the fabrics from sticking to themselves. The thickness and durability of the fabric speaks to its quality. The seams are straight and tight; the elastics in all areas are precisely the right thickness; the buckles, clasps, button, zipper and snap are sturdy. Even the details on the leg coverings are thoughtful - the circles are filled with fabric to make them stand out from the panel. I understand why the necktie was made the way it was, but we will most likely find a yellow satin fabric to make a full wrap-around necktie. How I have it now is pinned in place, which still fits the character and completes the look. My kid is looking forward to their first Comic Con tomorrow and I know it will be a day to remember- and you and your services helped to make that memory complete.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: Are you kidding me? It took you 6 MONTHS to get to this and you have the nerve to say that you care and aren't a scam? A lot of other reviews say otherwise and, quite frankly, if I had read them first, I wouldn't have placed an order with you. Luckily, I bothered your staff enough to get a complete refund. It was like pulling teeth to do but it got done. You all need to do better if you want to stay in business. This is ridiculous. Placed an order and decided I wanted to cancel it and at first they seemed great but it's been a few weeks of asking for a refund and being told they will get back to me. This place is a scam. Don't waste your time or money here. They won't give you a refund or the product you bought anyway.

Don't bother ordering from this company. I ordered a cosplay for my son. I measured him and selected the appropriate size. We received the wrong size. I sent them a message through their Facebook, emailed and called. When I finally got a response, they did not acknowledge that the wrong size was sent and tried to say I should have ordered a custom size. I replied repeating THEY DID NOT SEND THE SIZE I ORDERED and wanted a refund. I have not heard back with instructions on how to do this. Because all of this has taken so long, I had to order from a different company. Guess what? The new company sent me the size I ordered and it fits! These outfits are not cheap so I'm out a lot of money. I've never been more disappointed and dissatisfied with a company in my life.
