If you are expecting a nice, clean, and safe space to stay keep looking. This isn’t it. The check in process was horrible. From the unprofessional staff to the incompetent front desk woman who was extremely rude. I had to wait over 35 minutes to check in to my room. My stay was already paid for through the airbnb app. The front desk woman was rude and tried to tell me i had several bookings. I just wanted to get into my room with my child. The hotel was littered with drunk and high young adults. The entire place smelled of marijuana. There were several fights breaking out on the property and several security staff. The room smelled moldy. The bath tub was disgusting and clogged. I could not even bathe my child. I had to wear platform sandals just so i could shower before my flight. The bed was uncomfortable and springs stabbing you in the back. The mattress and bedding was also extremely stained. I had traveled all day and have a baby. I just wanted to check in shower and rest.

Kayla at the front desk made my stay exceptional. I had a bit of an issue with billing which she resolved to my satisfaction. The valet staff were very courteous as well and the location is central. I wish there was constant supply of tea and coffee facilities in the room but we only got for the first day and we stayed 5 nights. The room tables had dust in certain places. The gym and pool facilities were good too. Overall, staff were polite and helpful and I would stay here again.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a major letdown. • Hidden fees and valet-only parking at $55/night were not disclosed at booking. • My room in the south tower was outdated, had stains, cracks, and didn’t match the photos. • Maintenance issues included elevator problems, missing room numbers, and no cable service for a full day. • Housekeeping never serviced my room, even with a full day’s notice. Towels weren’t replenished. • Front desk staff were rude and dismissive, and even gave inaccurate checkout info. • No room service, long delays for basic requests, and noticeable understaffing made the stay frustrating. This hotel is not worth the price or the hassle. I will not be returning.

It was easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve had! A special thank you to Esther, who was truly incredible – warm, attentive, and always with a smile. She made our mornings extra special with her kindness and professionalism. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel was beautiful and well kept. The pool and gym area were on points. The valet staff and maintenance staff were more helpful and friendly than the front desk staff. The front desk helped me, so I thought, but after updating the reservation, we spoke with 2 front desk staff members. We were told the front desk. was told all I needed to do was pay the $100 incidental fee, so we paid it. Then, 6 days later, they put a $90.16 bill under the room door. Ehich we paid. My guest was locked out (1hr) of the room.wallet in the room .Thursday, the day of check out the amount double from 90.61 to $190.61. We paid 190.61, and $100 was refunded. After we left, they took another $100 again. Friday,they took another $190.61. Because of this experience. I am never going to stay at this hotel. The staff needs to be retrained.The policy needs to be clearly posted. The hotel itself wad lovely in front desk staff needs work.
