We came to Craig Billiards with a really specific idea for what we wanted in a game table. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The selection was excellent. Our custom built table was delivered and installed within the 10-16 week window we were quoted and Craig, the owner, worked with us on special arrangements to make sure the table arrived in time for company that we had coming in from out of town. The installation was first class, and our table turned out beautifully. After installation, we decided we wanted to return an accessory we’d purchased and we had a minor quality concern about our cue sticks. Craig handled both issues with no push back and no hassle. The experience was great from beginning to end. Any quality, custom piece of furniture may have a long production time, but the results were definitely worth the wait.

On our very first visit, Craig spent about 30 - 45 minutes explaining the basics of a pool table to me and my wife. He was extremely courteous and patient and had us walking out with all the necessary information to make a good decision. We were very tempted to purchase a table off the internet for about 1K - 2K cheaper, but in the end, the the service and quality difference we would get was worth the money spent.
