This is the second time that I have purchased an item from Prestige Billiards.... On both occasions, they actually had in stock very hard to find items. The first time was the new CueTec 4x8 cue case, and this time was the impossible to find Duo cue extension for the new SVB Gen 2 Cuetec cue. The staff was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person when I went to pick up the items. I would highly recommend them for all of your billiard and game room products.

We bought a pool table from Greg in December and had it installed at our house in January by Kevin (owner). We love our table! Greg was always pleasant, helpful and responsive anytime we called with questions or stopped by the shop. Kevin did a beautiful job installing our table especially given our floor isn’t level! He really took his time to do it right. Great people at this business. My husband and I enjoyed working with them. We’d recommend them to anyone looking for a pool table or other games.

We had a pool table moved one building over from its current location and new felt added. When invoice was received it was incorrect requiring communication with the owner. They stated they were required to move it using 2 flights of stairs. My guess is this was their way of padding their invoice. No stairs were required as the table fit in our elevator. While the invoice was higher than expected, we promptly approved and sent to our finance department to place in line for payment. There were no payment terms on the invoice and no due date. Needless to say I was appalled when a week after the invoice was received I get an unprofessional email threatening legal action if the invoice was not paid immediately. Poor business practice and even worse service. We will look elsewhere for our gaming needs. My recommendation, get everything from this company in writing, otherwise you will be disappointed as we were.

WOW! The service I received with Prestige Pool Tables was beyond professional! Kevin and the crew arrived on time (This is very important to me), and their service was SECOND TO NONE! They did a wonderful job dissembling my pool table and relocating it. They then re-assembled it in it's new home, it looks like a brand new table. They took really great care and treated my table right! These are the guys I will recommend and use every-time! Thank you Prestige! You have earned a customer for LIFE!
