*seller review* I’ve sold here multiple times over the course of two years and honestly felt like it was the BEST place to get the most bang out of my closet items I no longer needed instead of just waiting for something on selling apps to finally get snagged up. I always sell big brand items and feel I get my money’s worth but welp, this past weekend, I gave away SO many PRICEY name-brands and indie designers (Seidres, Miaou, AYM, Jaded London, Free People, Oh Polly to name a few). Easily each item over $68-$250+. They purchased *16*!!! SIXTEEN!!! items off of me for a whopping $117… and my heart broke. Most of the items were brand-spanking-new, some even with TAGS, and the others in mint condition, hardly worn. I learned my lesson, so wanted to flag it to any other seller that might be thinking of selling their bigger items here. I should’ve known when I sold a brand new authenticated Coach bag and it barely made a dent in my overall earnings, but oh well lol. No like I’m sooo sad I never write reviews but it had to be done. I’m not sure if there’s a new policy in place? But anyway, no shade to the buyers, personally my favorite is the one with black hair + braids + piercings + eyeliner + tats + glasses. They usually always got me right. TLDR; sell with caution

I really use to love this place but for the past year or so, I’ve noticed their size inclusivity really dwindled- and I don’t even mean plus size I mean they’re seriously lacking in sizes L/XL. This has been really disappointing to see especially because I’ve been to similar stores (same purchasing method) in the area that don’t have this problem. I came in about a week ago and noticed that on their double sided short dress rack 50% of those dresses were a size small. The L/XL section was less than 20% of the rack for those combined sizes. The staff is great, clothing selection has something for everyone style wise, but this is really a troubling issue.

I used to love this place but I feel the price isn’t good anymore at the point where I prefer shopping in traditional retail because it’s almost the same as brand new cloths and when you are selling they got your stuff for little money like really little money even if is brand new no shade to the employees there are super nice is more like a company issue also the store smells awful like they should cleaning the cloths after receiving or something at least steam team :( I used to love everything on 2018-2022 but idk what happened to you guys

This location has amazing staff very kind with me , its also like two blocks from the capital hill metro station and it's in a popular busy area of capital hill ....I definitely recommend this crossroads shop ❤️😍
