Cutwater restaurant is a must do if you are in the are!!! My husband and I have been wanting to come here but we live a couple hours away. We were finally in the area and were so excited. So happy we finally dined in. Our experience was excellent!!! Our waiter was so nice and kept checking in on us and answered few questions as well. We grabbed a burger and birria nachos to share. The portions are great! The food is so good!! We can’t wait to come back ✨💕

Overall, my dining experience at Cutwater in Miramar was pretty average. We ordered a green goddess salad, a Caesar salad with chicken and avocado, grilled cheese and tomato bisque, and habanero chicken wings. The Caesar salad and the chicken wings were the best things we had. The tomato bisque and grilled cheese were OK, but super simple, and the green goddess wasn’t bad but the textures of the different salad chops were odd and the dressing wasn’t the best. The service was only OK, too. Our waitress was friendly and talkative, but she only came around a couple of times in the 45 minutes we were there. It’s possible they were understaffed, and it’s also a pretty big restaurant, but it was pretty light on the attention. That said, she did remember all the additions we asked for. The restaurant and bar themselves are really nice looking, and the building’s exterior also looks pretty cool. So, in terms of design, it’s nice, interesting, and comfortable. Still, it’s weirdly super cold in there. Final rating: Food: 3/5 Service: 3.5/5 Atmosphere: 3.8/5

This was 4th time at the tasting room and second time participating in a tasting and tour. Our tour guide Zion was very informative and high energy. The food and drinks were delicious per usual.

Unfortunately, we were served burned and undercooked meals with drinks that were mostly ice. I appreciate that the burger was taken off the bill and that we received new set of carrots. However, I'd rather have had a solid meal to enjoy, without then having to worry about time. I had a bad stomach ache from the food and I left still feeling hungry.
