Beware this stores return policy is way below average. I bought some shoes wore them for an hour around my house, decided they were the wrong size and they would not even exchange them. I will never be returning to this store.

Shipping was pretty fast but very disappointed that I got some shoes that might have been a return/used? The suede on these shoes looks rough and the bottom of the shoes along with other parts are dirty. Bugged me enough to leave a review so there’s that.

Definitely rude. Probably racist. Dude at the desk seemed like he was trying to hold back an attitude. Other dude bringing out the tape I requested–I said "Thanks bro" and he literally didn't even acknowledge that I said anything then walked away. When my receipt was printed homie didn't even give it to me he just [LITERALLY] tossed it aside onto my purchase on the counter. Many VERY clear "you're-not-welcome-here" vibes. I just moved to PDX & this shop was my first stop. Before moving I looked up a bunch of places I intended to visit and found a LOT of people saying that they, or people they knew, experienced racist/discriminatory treatment in those places. MY experience at this shop was pretty clear confirmation of what they were saying about the region, and OR in general. Can't help but notice that basically all the glowing reviews here are from white people. Any time I need to get something from a skate shop I WILL 100% be going back to this location. Then I will come back to this review and update it. EVERY TIME.
