I have been a member at Denali Natural Horsemanship since August and I’m so happy I found this place. I rode briefly when I was a child but didn’t continue due to cost/logistics. Being able to pick this passion up again has been a tremendous highlight. The barn and the surrounding property is beautiful. The owners run a tight ship and prioritize the wellbeing of their animals. Every horse here has a distinct personality and just seems happy, none of that bored and broken down school horse demeanor. I take my lessons with Chamberlyn and have only had great experiences. All of my lessons have been private and totally focused on me. She’s super kind, super patient, and most of all very knowledgeable. Since I’ve started I have moved up 2 levels and am currently building my skills to be able to move onto the next one. The approach here is holistic and I feel like I am learning both how to ride and handle as well as how to build a bond with my horse and the partnership involved. Overall, I love it here. This is exactly what I was looking for, which is consistent and long term horsemanship and skill building. Massive thank you to April, Chamberlyn, and everyone else that makes this special place possible. And an extra large shout out to my girl Bella. She’s the horse I’ve been riding and I am so in love.

Paid 60 dollars for an "orientation" and spent an hour out in the cold to be shown around the property and meet the horses. They would then not return our messages about signing our daughter up for their program after telling her there was room for her to ride in March. Feeling ripped off and frustrated with a very disappointed eight year old girl. Poor business management, steer clear.
