Hi, my daughter has joined this club for 2 years. The first year was great and fun but the second year is bad and so much problems ( with the coach and the owner) I think my daughter don't get much skills or either good technique after 2 years we paid so much money for that. Looking somewhere else if you want your kids learn and play volleyball with the good team and good coach. I wasted my money through the window after spending 2 years here.

My daughter participated in this club over a two year period. Pros: Location and Facility Cons: We had ONE coach and no assistant. Our first year was great, the second year there was a lot of yelling and drama, no intervention or involvement from the owners. Practice times started at 8PM twice during the school week which is extremely disruptive to our younger kid who should be in bed by 9 but has difficulty falling asleep when we are coming and going as late as 10PM On a typical week they received 3 - 3.5 hours of practice Very few drills and lots of scrimmages - the girls received very little instruction this season and progressed little if any. If we assume 60 hours of practice over five months and 20 hours of coaching during powers that = 80 hrs. At that rate it works out to $43.75 per hour of coaching. Billing is either through Paypal or you have to mail a check. There is no recurring billing option. The only time I hear from the club owner is if I have an outstanding balance. I just got a nastygram from them threatening to notify all clubs of our outstanding balance, "Our season was officially done on April 25th and we need to receive your outstanding balance as soon as possible. RMR will contact all clubs, in May, to report any outstanding balances by parents." I'm not sure if they would do that or even could but that doesn't exactly make me want to renew our interest The recruitment process is misleading. Your daughter has to "try out" for the club. There is a lot of fanfare over your kid "making the team" they run out with great excitement because they MADE IT. Everyone does. We only did four powers this season whereas five is the baseline amount If you are considering this program I would encourage you to also evaluate other options. Read your contract carefully, make sure that the club satisfies your requirements around powers, hours of coaching before you commit.

This club is amazing and is full of amazingly knowledgeable coaches and staff. They just moved to an even better location which will allow all the girls to grow even more than before. If you are interested in playing club volleyball, I would definitely sign up for this club.
