I am a new Volo annual pass member and Volo continues to charge me $10 for a third strike no show cancellation. I have been a member for no longer than a month now and have not missed a single event or have any idea why they continually charge me $10 a week for this "ghost fee". I have reached out multiple times to Volo for resolution, but they have not responded to a single email so I have had to dispute this charge weekly, and successfully, with my credit card company. I give it 2 stars because I enjoy the people I play with, but any sort of resolution through customer service is non existent as I have tried many times to reach ANYONE via phone and emails... If they respond to this email stating anything different... I have emails and screen shots to prove they're just lazy over there. Also, the crazy part about their system is that someone signing up as a drop-in will be penalized if they cancel within 6hrs, but the team captain that invited you can cancel your drop-in minutes before the game starts even if you are already there. (has happened to me multiple time where I sign up for something and the team captain cancels the request minutes before the game starts because a last second player showed up, wasting your time, gas, and effort to help the team). I like the idea behind Volo, but the execution of admin responsibilities is non existent. Proceed with caution.

I really enjoyed playing multiple sports through Volo pick-ups and drop-ins. The only knock I have is the cancellation policy. If you’ll look up my account, you’ll see I’ve signed up for dozens of events and the only time I cancelled was when I cancelled a pick up in order to sign up for a drop in. You’d think this wouldn’t count towards a cancellation since I was helping a team avoid a league forfeit and it doesn’t really matter how many people show up to a pick up game. Anyway, I love everything else!

Been doing volo for a few seasons now and have really enjoyed it! The soccer leagues are well run, the competition is awesome, and everyone is out there for the right reasons! Can't wait to start another league in July! 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for some good competitive fun!

Great place to meet new people and play volleyball. Indoor venues for volleyball are bot the best and could use improvement. Also if looking for more competitive vball, volo may not have that level as there's no way of tracking the people that sign up for the "competitive" leagues. Overall a great org with a great mission!

Volo Denver is a mess. They can add 6 drop in players to your team when you already have 10 players. You may not even get a team shirt since drop in players got them before you. It doesn't matter if you paid for the league and you are a VIP member. They don't have any idea what's going on and they don't care. They don't offer refunds. No customer service, no answer to phone calls, no answer to emails. Don’t waste your time or money.
