I never thought I'd be one to post a negative review online and typically I just roll with whatever, but this was an abysmal experience overall. (Trip on Friday Feb 2nd). The bus departs at 5am with the expectation to be at the mountain close to open/first chair. The bus broke down 30 minutes into our trip to Snowbowl due to mechanical failure (I was able to determine it being a lack of maintenance once they told us the issue) We are told it will be 45 minutes before a backup bus arrives. We have to transfer our boards and bags off the side of the I17. We finally get underway and are told we will no longer be stopping for a break/food due to the delay, which is understandable but frustrating. Finally we arrive at base camp around 10:45-11AM, so 2 hours late and that much less time on mountain. After Re-boarding the bus, the Lead staff member was obviously tipsy/drunk, which is whatever I'm not a buzzkill, but is honestly just another notch in the belt at this point in the trip. Then he decides to make an announcement that he "polled the front of the bus, and they decided we will not be stopping for dinner/restroom" as stated earlier, due to the delay in chaining the tires on the bus and other issues that arose on the NEW bus. I will say the actual Driver was perfectly professional and killed it. I'm not one to complain just because or cause problems for a business, but this was an laughably bad experience and there is some stuff I am still leaving out/forgetting. For anyone considering this service, maybe I just got unlucky, but I would seriously rethink booking again. And the fact we were not contacted at all concerning Compensation for the negligence and delay is also just icing on the cake.

I couldn't be more impressed with this amazing service. Shuttle was amazing, clean, quiet, and covid safe. This costs less then what I would have to pay in gas to drive myself, why haven't I been taking advantage of this shuttle service over the past few years!!! Great day, awesome powder, met some nice new friends, and was able to sleep on the drive back to phoenix! I will definitely be using this service more in the future. If your unsure, just try it once, you wont regret it! Get out there and make some turns! Also happened to be the busiest day of the year at Snowbowl, but still got in 17 runs, lines died down after about 11am....1/27/2021

No brainer! Sit back and relax, watch a movie and then snowboard all day for 1/2 the price!? Then enjoy the same relaxation on the way home cuddled up with a pillow and blanket. Definitely the way to go, super smart and fun. Kids can get unlimited pass for daily rides all season, love it, super smart, safe, and earth friendly. Did I mention you get to skip the lines?

I’ll never drive to Snow Bowl again! Bus was super clean and both the staff and other riders were very friendly. FYI- On peak days the lift tickets are MUCH cheaper if you by them through Desert Snow Connection.
