Very beautiful place to stay if you have a big family . The rooms are so nice and clean. They include everything you might need for an extended stay . The pools are very nice, the whole place has a really nice chill vibe . The only 2 things I didn’t like is that you have to pay for wifi and also this one receptionist who gave us a horrible attitude! I believe her name is Alexis, she had colored hair I believe pink or red . My daughter asked her a question and Alexis I believe was her name gave my little girl a bad attitude and rolled her eyes . She did the same with me over the phone when I was trying to book a few extra days . But other than her the other receptionist were so nice and helpful. I believe their names were Maria and phoebe . Very nice girls . Other than that everything else was wonderful definitely will be staying there again if I ever return to Arizona

Very nice place! Nice amenities including a workout area, pool and barbecue nearby. Food gas and grocery just around the corner. The air conditioning in these rooms works almost too good even in 100° plus! Friendly and attentive staff!

Great hiking trails adjacent to the property. WiFi = ok. No pillows on the chairs or couch, kinda cheap not to have little through pillows on big chairs and a deep couch.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice condos, perfect pool area. Check in was a pain because they required my husband to be there since his name is first on our account. But once we got through that we were fine.

I’m a fan and owner in Worldmark. The WM SMP is a great location with nearby nature preserves and wildlife. However, this is a WM buyout. I am guessing these condos were 2008 fails (just a guess). You can notice where WM has or is trying to update the place. However the rooms do not meet the Worldmark standard I expect. Too many cut corners and we had to report a lot of mis-functioning utilities, fixtures, nd unfortunately some missed cleaning. It should be much less than the Scottsdale WM to overlook the age and remodeling needs. Even the lighting was an odd mix and non-match of cool and warm white. I simply could not in good faith, ask a friend or relative to stay here for fear of them experiencing the underwhelming nature of this facility. Outside of the annoying and creepy maintenance needs, they need to move some walls in the master bedroom and bath and remodel to bump from 2005 to 2025 standards.
