I love going to Dick’s Sporting Goods! They’ve got a great selection of sporting products for everything we do. I fully outfitted my garage with weight, lifting and fitness equipment almost all from the store we’ve geared up our girls for softball with everything they need to play like champs.And we’ve gotten hiking and outdoor gear for all of our adventures. Not to mention the cool Stanley’s and Ola bottles they have here anytime I need sporting goods I head over to Dick’s.

I had a horrible experience at Dicks. First off it took a while to get help with shoes and once I got help, and wanted to try on shoes it took another 10-15 mins to even get the shoes to try on. Hunter was the employee helping us and we asked why we didn’t get help he replied “I already helped you” I then asked him what did you say 2-3 times and he made up lies about what he whispered under his breath, and then when he brought the pair over he didn’t say word and I asked for his name and he said “what’s your problem” in a cocky response and said “happy father’s day too” in another cocky response. Dicks should have better requirements when hiring employees because how I was treated was unacceptable and I will not be back at this location or any locations matter a fact.

Incredible experience with store manager Michael. I went to get a specific pair of shoes, they were really busy (lots of people with my same idea) and the shoe had a sale but didn’t have my size, the person in the back told me to buy them online to get the sale. I tried but it wasn’t giving me the sale. I asked for assistance and within less than 10 minutes, Michael has found the shoes I was looking for, applied the sale, and had be checked out with the shoes arriving to my house. Amazing experience, Michael is great!
