From my initial call to the dive shop and through our certification process, the entire team at Salt & Sea Scuba have been OUTSTANDING! In preparation of our class the staff was so patient and helpful in our choosing our initial equipment. Our class was led by John Sandstrom and our dive master was Dezirae, and both were just amazing. Each was very patient with us, and they utilized their PADI training and personal experiences to help each of us throughout our training. Their demeanor help decrease any stress and nervousness we had before and during our class. A welcome addition to the before mentioned trainers was “Bruce”, who also was an amazing addition to our learning environment. John, Dezirae and Bruce helped me achieve a life long goal in achieving my Basic Open Water Certification. It was truly gratifying to see the transformation from the initial stages of our training to our classes fourth open water dive. It is a testament to John’s, Dezirae’s and Bruce’s dedication to new scuba divers learning the sport. I wouldn’t recommend any other dive shop, staff or instructors than Salt & Sea, John, Dezirae, Bruce, and all the staff at the shop. Thanks for making my dreams come true! This was my very first time ever trying scuba, and the entire experience blew me away. Not only was it incredibly fun and exciting, but the way Adam and Melissa taught and guided us made all the difference. They were patient, knowledgeable, and super encouraging from start to finish. I never once felt uncomfortable or unsure. They made everything feel safe and easy to learn. Their passion for diving really shows, and it made the class feel more like an adventure than just a lesson. I’ll definitely be sharing this experience with my friends and family, and I won’t hesitate to recommend Adam and Melissa to anyone even slightly interested in trying scuba.
