This location cannot do returns of any kind but there’s no way to know that until you get there. Then the manager is rudely matter of fact with zero customer service skills. The young ladies at the registers were nice. Manager… communicatively weak. No skills at all.

I want to give Chris 5 stars 💫 for excellent customer service! I came in today to exchange a 30-ounce Yeti cup for a 20-ounce one. The 20-ounce cup was on sale online, so I asked Chris if he could match the online price. He immediately said, “Yes, I can honor it for you.” Instead of telling me to order it online, he found a solution and made it happen. He then asked the cashier, Addie, to process the price match for me. However, Addie did not seem happy about doing it—I could tell by her facial expression. While she did complete the transaction because Chris instructed her to, she should be more friendly and demonstrate better behavior, as she works in customer service.

Despite the giant photo mural in the entry of the store being Dick and another person holding fishing rods, they *do not* sell any fishing gear at this location... The rest of the store is fine enough, but they should remove their sponsored ad for fishing searches on Maps, and make their website much more easily reflect that you can't actually get the products seen for pickup at most locations, because I drove here for no reason.
