I'm very used to going in, finding what I need on my own, and getting out, but today I was having trouble finding a product and luckily, one of their associates asked if he could help me. I wish I caught his name, he was extremely kind and helpful while trying to help me locate a weighted hula hoop that was supposedly in stock but, when it appeared that wasn't the case, showed me where to find normal ones instead. I stopped to look at some clothing and I'm so glad I did because he actually was able to find one and came and found me (on a different level of the store no less) to make sure I left with the product I wanted. AND the cashier was extremely friendly. Absolutely incredible experience, I'm floored.
