For example, if you look upset and angry about life, and if your body language is that of being bothered, when a customer asks for help. Especially if it was in a courteous manner. Then you should not be in a customer service role. maybe this wasn't always the case for Noelia, considering she had so many badges hanging off of her lanyard. But it was certainly the case for her today. Oh I don't know...a simple kind smile and gesture. how about using words such, "may I help you?" instead of a rude "Next!"...when there's absolutely no one else in line after me...I mean...who else is next? My visit to the store today was actually not for me I was working myself, just like her. When I couldn't find the product that my customer was asking me for I diligently worked to try to find a solution for her, including having to speak to Noelia and kindly asking her to help me. She did the bare minimum, by scanning the item and letting me know that there were two of what I was looking for on the rack. When I informed her that there weren't, she sent me back to the rack to do my job correctly as if I couldn't actually use my eyes properly. Fortunately, due to my friendly, courteous, attentive, genuine, caring, customer service my customer was happy with me picking up a substitute that suit her best. My visit to your establishment was like going to the dentist for a cleaning and having to get a root canal. Painful, but unavoidable.
