Absolutely love the new store! We had like 3 different staff members offering help and guidance. As soon as you enter the store is divided by male and female sections, so is easy to move around and find what you need. The upper floor is more about sporting goods and gear, and whole wall packed with Stanley cups in every color you can imagine. I notice a climbing wall and a practice cage for baseball, softball, etc. Overall a really fun store to visit.

Beautiful new store with poor service. Specially at the shoes area. Store agents need desperately to be trained. To buy a pair of shoes is a nightmare. You have to request multiple times, they forget to bring you your number, ask you to request to another agent, ignore you and walk away. I tried multiple times to get a pair of ONs, than came back for Nike’s… never managed to get someone to truly help me. I’ve heard similar experiences from friends too. Why building a physical store like this if buying online is infinite better experience? Please do it right. It’s mostly the only area in the store that needs to have a proper customer service and they simply keep failing. I still love to come to the store. Not to get shoes anymore.

I was really excited to visit the brand-new Dick’s Sporting Goods at Dadeland Mall in Miami, and overall, I was very impressed! The store is beautifully set up, spacious, and well-stocked with high-quality sporting goods, apparel, and gear for a wide range of sports and fitness activities. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. However, I was extremely disappointed to find out that this location does not carry any fishing or camping gear. As an outdoor enthusiast, I think this is a huge mistake. Miami has a strong fishing and outdoor community, and it’s surprising that Dick’s decided not to include these essential departments. I really hope they reconsider and start carrying fishing and camping products in the future. This is the reason for the 4 stars That being said, it’s still a fantastic store, and I’ll continue to shop here for other sporting needs!

After going to several Dick's Sporting, we decided to go to this location to find a green Ward UM jersey. This store did not have any sold upstairs. However, we noticed the jersey we wanted was hung on a mannequin downstairs. We asked the salesperson, Christie, if we could purchase the jersey and she was gracious enough to let us. She also took the time to take the jersey off the mannequin for us. Christie was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the store she works in. She was helpful to us when we first enter the store as well. She should definitely be employee of the month! Wonderful store! Clean store and kind employees.
