The young lady who answered the phone was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Not only did she confirm the items were in stock - she personally held them for me so I could come by and pick them up. When I arrived just a few minutes later, it was the same associate who had helped me on the phone - and she didn’t miss a beat. She greeted me with a smile and immediately got to work helping me find everything I needed. Even better? When we realized the store didn’t have all the quantities I was looking for, she seamlessly helped me order the remaining items online and had them shipped directly to my home. She made the entire experience effortless, enjoyable, and efficient - a rare combination these days. While I regret not getting her name, she absolutely deserves recognition as a true champion of customer service and a fantastic representative of the Dick’s Sporting Goods brand. This is the BIGGEST Dick’s Sporting Goods location I’ve ever been in! The selection here is incredible—whether you’re into team sports, outdoor adventures, or fitness, they have everything you could possibly need. The golf section is especially impressive. There’s a huge golfing center with an indoor driving range and digital golf simulators, making it a great spot to test out new clubs before buying. The staff in the golf department are knowledgeable and helpful, making the experience even better. If you’re looking for a one-stop shop for all things sports and outdoor gear, this location is a must-visit!

Dicks has a completely dishonest return policy. I recently purchased a $140 item. The item was completely shoddy so I decided to take it back. It was in perfect condition although I did not have the original packaging or the receipt (definitely my bad). I looked up their returns policy online: you can return items without a receipt but you will get their most recent sale price. I think that is a very reasonable policy and one that makes sense. Unfortunately, when I got to the store, the clerk informed me that they would give me $30 for the return. I asked if that meant that at one point they sold this $140 dollar item for $30 (a nearly 80% discount!!). They told me that was what the computer said they could give me. I think this is a completely dishonest policy. I have never seen an item on sale at Dicks for 50% off (maybe a clearance seasonal item), much less 80% off. I have learned from my mistake. I do not need to use Dicks for my sporting goods needs. There are so many stores around with fair return policies that don't make shopping such an adversarial experience. If you do decide to shop there, absolutely hold onto your receipt.

I’ve been to this location before, and never had this bad of an experience. They have a great selection of shoes, but save yourself the store experience and order online. I spent almost an hour in the store for something that should have taken 15 minutes. 20 minutes to pull shoes from the back. Unbelievable. I won’t buy in store, at this location, again.
