Definitely one of the best places I’ve been to. I went in to take my FSC test and to purchase a firearm. Ernesto and Alejandro were both extremely helpful. Alejandro explained to me how to get proof of residency since I did not bring the correct documents. Ernesto helped me choose a firearm, walking me through all the different handguns that could fit my needs. Both went above and beyond what I expected, and I truly appreciate their time and efforts. First time visiting this place, and I already Few issues 1. Background check issue. Staff (Raymundo Malagon) didn't enter everything correctly as I wrote, and he even asked me when he was typing it in. I by firearms a lot. And fill out paperwork all the same and not once in years of buying firearms have I had an issue. (This store has a long wait to look at guns or purchases.) So when I finally saw something that was not expensive but different to add to collection, I bought it. When he gave me paperwork back, I glanced it over for the address and name, and that was it. I figured there couldn't be too much wrong since they have you use a laptop to fill out background paperwork. Well, today, I received a call saying there was a delay in background check. So I got my paperwork and looked it over. Ray had not entered everything correctly and even added stuff that I didn't ask or tell him to. Like my race, I use "American Indian" he even asked me and I told him that. He put "other". When I asked why he did that, he said he puts that on everyone's, and I was shocked at that answer. Then I told him there was no reason to put anything in as alias, and he said well I wanted to make sure. I told him "No, I fill it out how I want it filed, not how you want it." It sounds like he was being lazy and just trying to rush paperwork. Don't go here. I'll attach pictures of the paperwork as proof also. The two together are recently, and they pass all the time with no issues. Look at the one with Raymundo name and see all the issues. The parking lot is a mess. If you have large vehicle good luck. Guns in cabinets are not organized or clearly visible, and prices are not clearly showing. Top counter film has not been changed, making it difficult to look at guns on top. Products are not all labeled with price and some are not correct. Like cleaning chemicals, some had prices others didn't, which they can say it cost what ever or have to wait to ask. Safes on display had no prices on some of them others I was told were old prices. Sucks because I had wanted to purchase another firearm when I picked up this one. Update 4/23/2025. Made appointment prior to pick up item. on thier website. Upon arriving they took name and appointment time. Soon as the a person was done with customer they grabbed the ticket and called me up. The sales person saw the flaws in paper work and apologized, was very polite and helpful. He understood my frustration. I ended up buying a pistol safe also because he was apologetic and said "hope you come back and give us another chance" (tall white person with glasses.) So I changed it to 3 stars. If I go back and it goes well I'll change rating again.
