I had a really poor experience boarding my dog at Dog Diggity. When I dropped her off, I was informed that they leave the animals alone overnight for close to 11 hours, which was alarming to find out. I can't even go 11 hours without using the bathroom, and my dog is 12 years old. When I expressed concern, they simply told me that they would wash her blankets or bed to make sure it was clean for the next night, which to me implied that many animals have accidents in their kennels overnight. Rather than boarding her for the expected 6 nights, I scrambled to find other arrangements so she'd only need to board for 1 night. Sure enough, after 1 night of boarding, her bed had to be washed, which means she likely had to use the bathroom overnight. In addition, when I picked her up, they informed me that after her bath, my dog was left unattended and rubbed her nose on the crate to the point of having a severe wound on her nose. They told me that they would just add a note to her account to make sure she wasn't left alone after a bath next time. Within a couple hours of leaving the facility, my dog experienced diarrhea, hacking, and vomiting. I've been feeding her chicken and white rice for a few days and she hasn't had anymore vomiting, but her poop is still runny. When I called to speak with a manager, I received what felt like a half-hearted apology and was told that they would put a note on her account to prevent her from rubbing her nose in the future. She mentioned that many dogs rub their nose out of anxiety, but my dog has been to several daycares and boarding facilities and has never come home with a wound like this before. Overall, the staff was friendly and they offer a lot of services that make dog care convenient, but I will not be returning and would not recommend this facility to anyone I know.

Had a less than impressive experience boarding my daughter’s dog for the first time. He came back with diarrhea and seemed depressed. I really wish we had looked at the reviews first- pretty scary stuff. Edit: We understand that your facility’s set-up causes the dogs distress compared to the 4 other boarding facilities she’s used as a travel nurse, but thank you for your reply. Your bad reviews go back 8 years and say the same things over and over. There’s no need to communicate or explain further, but thank you for taking the time to respond, most others did not get that courtesy.

My puppy LOVES going to daycare at Dog Diggity. He’s excited every time we drive up and he pulls me in the door to see the staff that all know his name. He comes home exhausted and can barely stay awake the ride home. All the staff are friendly and treat the dogs as their own, I think some even bring their dogs with! My puppy and I can’t recommend this place enough.

I have been going to do Diggity for 5 years. The staff is unprofessional. They used to be great but the last 2 times not good. I brought my dog in for a bath and when I picked her up. She didn’t look or smell like they did anything. Her nails were still long. I cannot even give them 1 star. They complain she doesn’t like the blow dryer or her face cut. That’s their job. Also many times she comes home with a cough.
