They helped someone I knew a couple of years ago, but they don't really make it accessible to donate items. They really push to only donate cash. I had a bunch of cute great condition office clothes and shoes and they told me to come on a Friday in the middle of the day. It didn't work for my schedule at all, so I gave the clothes to a women's shelter. Not cool! I really wanted to donate but they don't really facilitate that, I see from other reviews that this is a pattern of theirs. They really just want cash donations through their website. 👎🏻

They have options for transgender clients, i had very high hopes going in and left extremely disappointed. This location only caters to WOMEN and they do jot have ANY gender affirming necessitites. It gives the option of a binder, instead i got told they didnt have binders and instead brought me a VERY tiny roll of binding tape that would not have worked at all. They support 2SLGBTQIA+ BUT DO NOT have the neceessities needed for FtM transgender people or males in general. I ended up leaving with the most unisex clothes i could find and cowboy boots?? All the clothes are fitted to a womans body type but i did my best with what i had. Please, dont get me wrong, i am SUPER grateful for the help they gave but was so very disappointed with the outcome 😔 my person appointed to me was also completely unaware of the notes i left and had no idea how to handle my requests. Please do better Dress For Success.
