This place is amazing! They have been so helpful and kind to my family. Every single staff member here is genuine, kind, helpful and understanding. If you and your family are at rock.bottom with no place to turn, (like myself and my family were) give this place a call and see what they can do for you. All.you need is to set your pride aside and come with an open mind, an a willingness to grow. This place offers the peace and mind of getting your life back on track. Everyone's situation is different of course, so don't expect to see the same results as another resident and their family here. This place is all for helping you and your family. They don't ask of much. The things they expect of you are manageable. And if you find yourself struggling to make these expectations manageable, just make an appointment to speak to your case manager. Every case manager here is trained and knowledgeable to help you with anything that life has thrown your way. I could go on for days about how great this place is. But nobody wants to read a book reviews. Please just give this place and yourself a chance. You will start seeing results from week one I promise. This place feels like home.

. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an incident involving a woman named Jasmin and her children, which I came across on social media. From what I understand, Jasmin has been working extremely hard to provide for her family, and despite not breaking any rules, she and her children were abruptly asked to leave the shelter. This decision has left them homeless, and I find it deeply troubling that an organization meant to support people in need has contributed to someone’s instability in this manner. It is essential for shelters to offer refuge and understanding, especially to those striving to get back on their feet. I believe it is vital that such decisions be re-evaluated and handled with the utmost care and consideration for the well-being of individuals and families who rely on these services. If the people responsible for this decision are unwilling to offer genuine help, I hope they consider finding employment elsewhere. I stay at the Salvation Army twice and they refuse to help me because they help me before.not to tell my story but I only back in the situation to protect my son from who we were living with and bc I become homeless again they told they don’t have enough funds for me and my son and basically telling me to be in the streets just I don’t recommend this place for anyone they we’ll just tell you sorry and furger it out.

I waited 8 months calling every week consistantly. I finally get there and i don't qualify bc by this damn time CPS got involved. I asked the director a question to make a single phone call and she tells me no u are no longer eligible. I can walk you out. Just cut me off. Didn't sound at all like someone trying to help someoneshes some chinese looking lady. Don't ask her anything she hates her job
