DTLA fitness has been my home gym for over a year now. I originally found them on class pass and decided to get a membership with them after trying the other near by gyms. This place made me feel the most welcomed and comfortable. I love their group classes, it feels like you have one on one training. My form has been corrected multiple times which has been difficult at other places because the classes are larger. If you are looking for a gym with flexible hours, a variety of equipment/classes do yourself the favor and check out DTLA fitness.

I love the staff and instructors here so welcoming and just good feel vibes all around. The classes are so fun and also kick your butt at the end. i honestly come out in such a good mood afterwards. Love this gym love the classes definitely a gym I always want to come back to. Right now with COVID they are outside and doing everything they can to stay clean and have a great procedure to sanitize equipment. Check them out

I was specifically looking for someone who would motivate and challenge me, but not torture me to the point of no return. Jodi (owner) matched me to the perfect trainer. Personal trainer, Lisa Gomez has provided me with one to one training 3 days per week for 3 months. I'm stronger, thinner, and as motivated today as I was 3 months ago. It never gets boring, it's always challenging, and she does an awesome job with the cool down, providing stretching post work-out so I don't feel the burn for days on end. Lisa caters to her clients and adapts to your needs. Her positivity and creativity is endless. I highly recommend Lisa! A great fit for anyone looking for a dependable, professional, results-oriented, and fun training experience.
