The trainers at lagree 213 really know how to whip you into shape. Lisa, the owner has done a fantastic job with her team. I’ve seen more results with this workout than any other that I have tried. I will keep coming back here. They even have a really cute boutique at the entrance where you can buy workout clothes and cute grip socks! Great job guys.

I came with my friend for the 6PM class today. When I arrived, I realized I hadn’t booked the class myself, but my friend had a spot and didn’t want to take the class, so she offered it to me. I asked the front desk if I could take her place, but they said no — and if she left, she would be marked as absent. That honestly makes no sense. If someone who reserved the class doesn’t want to take it and is willing to give up their spot to a friend standing right there, why not allow it? It felt like they just wanted to charge a no-show fee regardless of the situation. What’s worse is that I wasn’t even allowed to wait inside — the front desk insisted I leave even though I was waiting quietly for my friend. This studio feels rigid, unfriendly, and not people-centered at all. If it weren’t close to my home, I honestly wouldn’t come here again. Here is the reply: I understand your policy — I’m not questioning that. What I’m addressing is how your staff talked to me. When I explained the situation, she told me: “If your friend leaves, I’ll mark her as absent.” And the last thing she said to me was: “I know you’re waiting for your friend, but I need you to leave.” Also, just to clarify — she did NOT offer to let me stay in the lobby. She asked me to leave directly. Yes, I picked up the Passport gift — but I also posted about your class and have supported your studio multiple times. Does that mean I’m no longer allowed to have feedback or voice discomfort just because I took a gift?
