Aaron took the time to explain some ice cream history\and how its made/their process while also keeping a group of 16 of us entertained. We then had the opportunity to make our own custom flavor and Sundaes after. I would definitely recommend this for your next team event!

My partner and I came for one of the individually ticketed ice cream making classes, and it was perfect. We were already huge Gracie’s enthusiasts, and this class made us even bigger fans. Aaron is a mastermind genius of ice cream and a hilarious, silly human. I promise you’ll learn a lot, and leave filled to the brim with ice cream, hot dogs and love.

I’ve been twice now for their ice cream menu and both times have been solidly okay. During the height of the pandemic, I got boozy milkshakes (+ mandatory “food”, a Kool Aid pickle). Milkshake tasted good in that it was ice cream, but the consistency was watery and I was a little disappointed. Recently returned for some run of the mill ice cream. Their flavors are hit or miss: some can be tasty and unique and others quite mild. Not the strongest ice cream parlor in the city, but maybe their food is better.

After kayaking on the Charles we wanted a patio to grab some food and beers, so we took a stroll over to Earnest Drinks. Every sandwich the group got was excellent. The bread used in all the sandwiches and hotdogs was well toasted. The meatball sub was clearly filled with homemade meatballs and the cheese was oozy. The Linden had beautiful ripe tomatoes and fresh butter lettuce. The Double Mushroom "Steak" & Cheese was so well seasoned and they definitely didn't just phone it in with just button mushrooms but an actual assortment of high quality mushrooms. The hot dogs were juicy and the pulled pork topping was delicious. The local beer selection was a great perk, and of course can't go wrong with the wonderful ice cream.

This is what you look for in an Ice-cream spot, quality, creativity, and priced right. There is loads of creativity in their flavors and dishes. The Ice-cream sandwiches have a great ratio of cookie to cream. The cobbler is sweet but not too sweet. They had a flavor for a current popular movie. They had three specials. The staff was nice and the place was clean. This place is super solid. Highly recommend.
