I had my little one enrolled in their therapy service for 11 months, and I love the fact this organization exist. I am well aware that the reason this non profit organization exist is because of government funding. It is very unfortunate that just like every other gov funded organization, the quality does not match to market quality but the cost that you pay is less. I would highly recommend that go through the system and find out the best therapist that works for you and your child.

He was very well mannered, greeted me and my son and daughter well. He kindly respectfully asked if I would make a donation for Easter seals. He spoke well and was not rude at all. So I have to say Easter seals you have a well spoken representative at your outside tables. Kudos

The people they use to collect donations and the people who work in the Texas offices are completely unreliable. I had someone in office contact me after trying to reach them about a receipt I never received and after promising to stop the donations I got signed up for (and also letting me know that I might have been scammed), refused to follow up. I’m so disappointed in this company.

I tried contacting them many times. I could never speak to the person in charge of my daughter's age group. We just wanted our daughter to be evaluated but all I could find out was that I needed a referral from our doctor. Our doctor said Easter Seals sends the paperwork to her office for her to complete. It just kept going in circles and the staff at Easter Seals were rude and dismissive. I finally found another service with a much more helpful staff.
