Not only did they have high quality products at competitive prices (awesome value), the Customer service was impeccable (Thank You Chris). They serviced My tire and really went the extra mile. I'm doing the southern tier cycle route and was passing through Austin. Shop should have everything you need, and the staff are helpful for the most part. I went in for a replacement tyre and break pads, and I left with extra work done. They didn't have the tyre I needed, so I waited around a day because they had ordered it in for that evening, but it didn't arrive, and I needed to get back on the road. The tyre they offered as an alternative was no good for touring. I only rode 300 miles before it gave out, tore, and chewed through my 3 spare inners, leaving me stranded in the desert before nightfall. Not a good situation. I had my chain replaced, and they tuned up my breaks and were helpful, so not all bad. Learning experience to shop around, do your own research, and not settle at the first bike shop.

I called to let them know my tire sitch. They said sure stop by. 4 hours later I stopped in and Charlie took care of my tire and brakes with determination, knowledge, and also explained how to do it myself if need be when I asked if I could watch him work to learn. Unfortunately Charlie left the shop and the shop now seems less friendly. I'll go back though. Could have been an off day.
