This bike shop is such a great part of the Ballard community :) I brought in my old bike for new brake pads, and they told me I didn’t actually need new ones -- just a brake adjustment. Super honest and friendly people. They also helped me replace my bike seat the other day when I couldn’t get it off myself. Highly recommend!

Came in because of a solid Google review that said they fixed his scooter perfectly. Waste of time. My scooter mast had a bit of play in it. The bolt was fully secure, but the mast still moved. Clearly something was off. I came in hoping for someone with actual expertise to take a quick look and point out the issue. It was a safety concern, not just cosmetic. Instead, the clerk brushes me off with “We don’t work on these scooters.” I explained it’s a basic stem bolt. I installed it myself and just needed help figuring out the misalignment. He goes off about “special tools” they don’t have. What? It’s a freaking scooter with hex bolts. No proprietary magic here. I wasn’t asking them to machine a rocket engine. Just look at why a bolt isn’t seating right. That’s basic shop logic. And when someone walks in with a safety issue, asking for help, and you deny them over something that simple, then lie about not having the tools, I don’t know what that is legally. But morally? Shame on your business. That’s inexcusable. Bottom line? Completely rude. Disgusting people. Totally unhelpful and not worth the hype. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re showing up with a textbook problem they already know how to fix.

They are knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating without being pushy at all about making the sale. They really want you to be happy on your new bike, which is so important when making a big purchase like an electric bike! They also have a great selection and will help you find the bike that really suits your everyday needs. 10/10 recommend!

Great little shop in Ballard. My partner and I came in looking to purchase ebikes, and the staff let us do plenty of test rides (great area for it, lots of nice variety in streets nearby). Very kind and helpful staff, not at all pushy, and even turned us on to some cool new bikes we hadn't previously been considering.

Not really impressed. Took two bikes there for a full tune up for a boat trip. When I finally went to use the bike at my first destination, one of the bikes was not functioning properly. I called them to try and trouble shoot the issue over the phone since I a was not coming back to Seattle until September, they basically said no and were zero help. Even saying it sounded like an electrical issue with the throttle which they replaced.
