I just had wheels installed and tubeless tires set up at Free Range. They did an excellent job! The bike was ready way before their promised time frame. Add to that the knowledgeable and friendly staff in a warm and welcoming environment. My search for a new LBS is over. Thank you!

Hands down my all-time favorite bike shop in the world. Locally-owned, super knowledgeable staff, and they make you feel like you and your bike needs matter. I am a petite person (in size), and when I went looking for a bike that would fit I went to a lot of bike shops. I met with many folks (mostly dudes) telling me what I "should buy". Free Range folks listen and work with me to find a bike that fits the way I want to ride and what I need ergonomically for my body. I don't know a lot about bikes, and so I often feel intimidated going into bike shops. Free Range does not bike-splain and never makes me feel like less than for knowing enough about bikes. I just went through the process of ordering a custom build Surly Midnight Special, and I am so incredibly grateful for going with Free Range from start to finish. I know they will take care of me and my bike. I give them all the stars!

I am so grateful I purchased my bike from this shop. It is the cutest little shop! Shawna and crew provide excellent service. They are earnest in working with you and do their best to help customers feel comfortable and welcomed. It is a great place to visit if you know nothing about bikes, or if you’re a seasoned pro! They do get busy (like every other bike shop in the world), so if you need serious work done, expect to make an appointment. Their selection is top notch, and they have everything you need (locks, lights, bottle cages, and of course bikes) to get on the road. Their bike selection is great, with steel frames to get you ready to roll. Support your local bike shop and visit Free Range!

They saved my bacon today. I ran over a piece of glass and tore my back tire and tube open, even if I had been carrying tubes and tools (I wasn't) I'd have been screwed. Shawna got me back in the saddle in like 40 minutes with a new tube and two new puncture resistant tires (so they match). I definitely recommend this LBS.
