I showed the nail tech a photo of the nail design look that I was going for. He did a very sleazy job, the 3D design was very mediocre, the rhinestones were falling off by the time I made it home and are still falling off. I hate to leave such a review but I paid $120 for my nails alone and I don’t think they are worth it. The tech did a rush job and just threw something together. He did a horrible job at the stone work and placement. I don’t think I’ll be going back unfortunately and I really did like the atmosphere but I rather go where I’ll get my monies worth. The stone colors are not coordinating just thrown onto the nail. Returned following day for stone replacement but at this point I’m like what the hell. I know this work isn’t worth the $120 I paid. The third photo is the one I actually showed the tech, he put no effort into my nails.

I have been coming here for years. I really love going super great customer service. Andy pays attention to detail all the time. He leaves my nails looking like a work of art 💗 Even when I don’t know what I want his suggestions always turn out great. I’m truly grateful of this place but especially Andy ! My nails were so ugly and I was very upset because I was on a girls trip and just didn’t have time to get my nails done before the trip. I asked for an intricate design Andy nail tech was actually changed to this other person who was supposedly really good at nail art. He was NOT! Please see photos for what I asked for vs what I got. I ended up asking him to just stop doing my nails because it was so ugly I didn’t want to keep it going. He had already removed and redid designs because I told him it was nothing like what I asked for.
