I have live at Prime for about 3 years now, and it's been great. The landlord give me what I never got before - peace of mind and clear communication. For the techie, they run things smoothly with web app. My studio is modern and tall with an industrial vibe, and the location is awesome. So many coffee shops nearby if you work from home. This is actually the longest I've stayed anywhere as a renter, it has all I need without making me pay for extra stuff I would not use. And if you're an introvert like me or like walking around city. This is definitely your kind of place. The noise level is great, I rarely hear noise from nearby units.

Update 4: July 2025, Irina and her team continue to be the best landlord team ever for my daughter’s apartment. They are continuously innovating and provide the most user friendly webpages for managing the rent, utilities and maintenance requests. Irina is easy to communicate with and helpful answering questions at lease renewal. Irina has the best team of contractors quickly responding to maintenance requests and keeping the building clean and safe . We are very happy tenants. Update 3: best apartment for my daughter and her dog! Irina responds to repair requests promptly and her vendors are outstanding. The grounds are kept clean. I’m glad the perimeter is well lit at night for safety. Update 2: my daughter has been in Irina’s properties since April 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. Everything is streamlined and well maintained. Ideal located and go-to for large dogs, no carpets, easy to clean. Update 1: We are repeat customers of Irina's. My daughter upsized to another one of Irina's properties and we again could not be happier with Irina's move-out and move-in process. The apartment is ideally located with modern architecture and appliances.
