Stamps leave beautiful crisp images and last forever. Dies are tough and will cut several layers and many different materials. I love the soft finish paper in both weights. As a customer you are appreciated and are treated as such. The very geq issues I've had with product or shipping has been addressed and corrected beyond my satisfaction. If I needed help using a product, I've b3en helped immediately with suggestions, suggested videos and step by step help over a phone call. -learning/teaching.
