I have to give Ellis Hill a below average review. I just recently reordered stationery from them that I originally picked out in store, and felt like the co-owner Kerri could hardly give me the time of day. I would have been better off going directly to Arzberger stationery and letting them know about my reorder than through Ellis Hill. I felt like my order was not important business to them. I also found it difficult communicating with them via email. I never received a receipt for payment and when I followed up about when my stationary would arrive, I received a severely misspelled and vague email from Kerri. Basically, she had no clue when my stationary would arrive and gave me a very vague and flippant response. I’m saddened to say I would not recommend using Ellis Hill to anyone in the future as I have had better customer service at other custom stationary businesses. Ellis Hill needs to remember that in the day and age of online ordering (and reviews!), good customer service goes a long way.

We parked in a row of unmarked parking spaces on the side of their building. We walked across the street to have lunch at Jose’s. When we returned the ladies who work there had purposefully blocked ours cars in by parking behind us. This seemed immature and unprofessional. If they don’t want people parking there they should put signs on the fence instructing people that those spots are for their business only. I was in a hurry and had to figure out how to get them to move their cars. First one lady came out to move her car but hers was blocking someone else in so I had to wait on another lady to come move her car. Avoid the drama and put up signs! I wish them no ill will and this unpleasant incident could have been avoided if they just did what all other businesses do!
